Very nicely greeted by Tim, who also assisted us later when we purchased two tables. We had come in to pay the balance on our sofa and set up a delivery. Everything went very well.

We worked with a very knowledgeable, helpful Sales Associate, Susan Latine. Susan listened to our needs and guided us to appropriate options. The salesman I worked with was very professional and displayed great active listening skills. He was able to understand exactly what I needed after a brief conversation and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I was originally procrastinating on buying a couch, looking through several websites. This experience was great and reminded me that it’s better to shop for furniture in person.
