The salesman I worked with was very professional and displayed great active listening skills. He was able to understand exactly what I needed after a brief conversation and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I was originally procrastinating on buying a couch, looking through several websites. This experience was great and reminded me that it’s better to shop for furniture in person.
Tim A. was great. Introduced himself and gave us the layout of the store. No pressure at all. When he saw us later on he inquired if we had questions. Again, very informative and no pressure at all.

Tim was so personable and helpful! We feel so lucky that he found us when we walked through the door. We ordered furniture the first day we were there that we thought would surely fit and had to come back the next day after taking more measurements because we were wrong. Tim helped us select furniture both days and helped educate us about the different pieces and materials! We will be back to see him!
