I want to say this .... I bought a couch and Love seat to match , April 2024 it's now Dec . 2024. ! I wanted to tell Levins right off the bat ! But I waited , and still!! The worst furniture I ever bought! I am so in disbelief how cheap this couch is ! It's just me here 130 lb woman . But yet the cushions sink way in ! Already! Like it's been used forever! LEVIN is overpriced used sales tactics like 28% off final sales price and then wants you to pick up a new couch yourself. Or pay an extra fee for delivery and warranty. Give me a break.

Didnt like the fact that the furniture was damaged when placed in my vehicle. I had to actually help carry it and load it. I called the salesperson who tried to help but the manager did not follow up to address my concerns. After purchasing furniture a few times at this store I felt they would make an effort. Very disappointed.

My 93 year old mother received her couch and chair which has both recliner in them the ones in the store she could work probably because the we're used a lot Her new one we're delivered Tuesday she could not recline them not strong enough call the company they said she could return them But they would charge a 15 % restocking fee pustules 200 for pickup sales manager said they couldn't wave the fees totally unacceptable to theat a 93 year old woman like this

I have been buying Levin furniture for years. I bought all new furniture about 2 years ago. The couch, loveseat and ottoman fabric is pilling, threads are pulling out and a piece of the couch is coming apart. I have talked to customer service and was told, industry standard is fabric is for one year. So if industry standard is Levine fabric standard, why don't I just buy a cheap couch if Levin is just about one year industry standards. I was told to buy a sweater comber to depill. Had an Interview and everything this is really the worst place they are not hiring black employees due to a misdemeanor of a traffic offense they seen it said marijuana but I passed the drug screen so how don’t I get the job ? Is it because I’m black ???? Do not apply to work for levin in mentor
