Robert Rosin greeted us promptly and pleasantly as we entered the store. When he knew we were looking for a recliner, he took us directly to your wide selection. We were shown a variety of models in different price and quality levels. Robert waited patiently while we tried different chairs and discussed the cost/benefits. There was no pressure. We ultimately settled on a luxury model with many extra features for a perfect fit and comfortable sit. The price was good too! Thanks Robert! Thanks Levin!
