Our sales rep, Jacob was forthcoming in saving us another $200 off the couch we were considering to purchase by looking up competitors prices of the same item and seeing that someone else's was lower. He let us know that Levin price matches anything they sell. We appreciated that.

We went to the store to purchase a flex steel recliner then, in addition, we decided to replace two 30 year old sofas that were worn. The salesman Jon was helpful and verified all the pricing with the sale discounts and the availability of the pieces. Gail in the office was very helpful with processing payment and covering the delivery process. Overall it was a positive experience.
