Our salesperson Gabriel is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or high pressure which made our experience better. Definitely recommend the Monroeville store.

Elaine Cook was our sales representative and was fantastic. She was patient with my husband and I as we were choosing a new recliner and sofa. Cindy Austin was fantastic. Not only did she answer all of her questions, but she walked around with us making sure everything fit the way we wanted it to. We went in last night and came back today and purchased our sofa.

It was absolutely fantastic as we loved being teamed with our Sales gal Sandy. She was extremely attentive and helped us tremendously. I had a great experience at Levin Monroeville. My sales agent, Cindy, was particularly wonderful. She was professional and patient and took the time to show different options for price ranges and styles of furniture. She made sure that I understood options for warranties and furniture protection.
