Louis Matthews was a fantastic sales person. He stayed close enough without hovering, answered every question I had… when we choose a piece from the new Kincaid collection he got answers from the rep. I will be back to bu a couch next week!

It was a very good experience. We were buying a new mattress for the first time in decades and Gabriel, who is very knowledgeable and helpful, was very thorough and patient in his explanation of the factors to consider when choosing a new mattress. He also gave us plenty of time to consider the alternatives without any pressure to make a decision. We appreciated that very much. In the end, Levin was the only store we visited as we didn't feel the need to consider other options.
