I just wanna let you know I had one of the most rewarding and fantastic visit. When I went shopping at Levin in Oakwood Reggie Burnett was my sales person. He was awesome we had the best time he was so professional. And helpful. Next time I need something from Levin, I will make sure I will contact this gentleman. He should be the store manager.

I had a ridiculously over-lengthy transaction with a salesman, but the manager Todd came to talk to me after I walked away from that particular transaction. Todd listened to the details of the event, and then very professionally made it right for me. I will happily return to Levin, because this manager truly cared about my experience as a customer. This sets them above and beyond all furniture retail stores!
