We had a very wonderful experience with Maureen! She patiently helped us select exactly the right family room set for our home, with an added challenge of locating one piece that we still desperately needed. She accomplished her very challenging task, keeping us updated with her progress. Sales person, Shelah and the office person, Dana Yeager were extremely helpful. Going through a warranty replacement of a mattress and I believe these ladies figured it out.

I think I should have received a discount be caused the item was dented. It also Took a long time to get the item in my truck and the sales lady called them when 40 Minutes prior!!!!
