There was a chair I saw advertised for an incredible price. I had started calling Levin's to find out which one had it. The first I called put me on hold for 5 minutes or more only to then tell me no salesperson could come to the phone. I called this one next. I described the chair and India knew exactly which one I wanted. She answered all my questions and helped me complete the sale over the phone. She was great and so easy to work with. And, I saved over $1,000!!!
