Josh was very patient and kind explaining how to operate a lift chair for my 90 year old Mom. He took the time and interjected humor while showing her the remote, we ended up purchasing just the right model for her. Very pleased with the lift chair selection and great customer service! Would shop at Levin’s Furniture again for certain.
Jamie answered all our questions about the chair we ended up purchasing. Jamie was on break when we came back to order the chair. Josh stepped in for her and completed the order. He thoroughly explained everything about pickup and communications. Very professional and attentive to us. Thank you.
