Jayme was amazing! We arrived at school & found the mattress & frame she selected (from another company) was basically unusable without a bed spring. This was not pointed out at the time of purchase. Jayme was so kind & arranged for a box spring to be delivered immediately. i had shared with Jayme that my daughter had had spine surgery 2 years ago & how important support is to her. She was so kind & helpful. For futures needs we will only use Levin - thank you!

Sherry, our sales person, did a great job! Very personable and took care of us! Delivery fee should be presented up front or non-existent. Don't appreciate the sneaky add ons once I've decided to buy something.
