Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gave time and space to make the best decision. Only slight negative was the extra protection coverage was seemingly forced heavily no real option to opt out.
Everything was very pleasant, the salesperson Carla was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. I never felt pressured to buy.
Amy was great to work with. She showed us what we were looking for then showed us some other options. She also gave us time to look before checking back in. Zero pressure sales environment and very knowledgeable.
