John Carroll was a very helpful and pleasant to work with. He didn’t hover over me when I was looking at beds. He gave me space to take my time looking at all the mattresses.

You did very well. Very professional also answered all my questions. I loved the bed I chose, but the one I got is not as soft and huggable.
