Sales experience was good sales associate was wonderful. The payment side of the transaction was very rocky. The register/ computer process was very clumsy. Took a bout 40 minutes. The managers and another sales associate had to assist. Had to pick up the furniture the next week. Went to dock. Dock guy was awesome. Helped get the floor model on my truck. Willie was great. He gave us an overview of the store and directed us to what we were looking for. He gave us plenty of space to look, but was right there with help. The selections were very good and Willie helped us with fabric selection. Prices were great.
