Excellent salesman. Helped us a lot. Got everything we needed. But delivery price is outrageous and takes a long time to get special orders in…(7-8 weeks!!!)

I ordered furniture in February. I have had several dates for expected arrival, no furniture to date. I am hoping this does not occur to my new purchase. Everyone deserves a second chance.

We were told that the couch and love seat we wanted were in stock. Went to purchase them both and then found out that they were actually oversold and not available. Very disappointing.

Levin contacted me immediately after posting a negative review. Lisa, the manager, advised me there was an employee error and she corrected it. We do not owe any additional balance now, and she even scheduled the delivery date. Now that’s the Levin I’m accustomed to.
