I called my local store and talked with Mark, a sales associate and placed an order for a new couch. He was extremely helpful in processing the order and checking on delivery for me. He answered all my questions and had a few for me that helped to make to process super easy!

Our sales lady Neva was great! My wife and I have visited 7 different furniture stores in two different states the past couple of weeks. Similar prices furniture, the only reason we came back to Levins was Neva. She was a perfect professional never pushed just answered all of our questions (with knowledge) and let us decide what direction we want to go with our new purchase. Came to the store to purchase a sofa and ended up buying a new dining room table.
