Upon arriving we were cordially greeted by Rachel your sales representative. We were looking for two recliners for our den and Rachel gave us a thorough overview of their inventory and offered suggestions regarding style, quality and price. Hillary was great and knowledgeable as she helped me in my search for a new mattress. She took the time to have me try several levels of the mattresses that I was interested in so that I could consider the various cost options. Our sales associate, Hillary was great. I had to use Levin’s portal to pay for the lamps that we wanted to purchase. I tried twice but the portal wouldn’t let me submit my payment info. After the first time , I left Hillary a msg on her cellphone. There was a Cust Svc.number on the website that I called to see if my payment info went thru , it didn’t so I tried again.
