Hillary was very knowledgeable and took lots of time with us even when it was close to closing time. She worked to price match the set we wanted the very next day and ordered it timely. Only downside was the portal, not at all related to Hillary but it erroneously deducted numerous times from our account which gave us insufficient funds. Hillary worked to resolve it and I worked with the bank so all is well. Hilary followed up with us to ensure all pieces are available given low inventory. Thank you Hillary!

Salesman Cliff was wonderful, didn't follow us around but checked our progress periodically. He greeted us when we entered the store, we told him what we were looking for and he showed us where the reclining chairs were and any specials that were being offered. After trying out many many recliners my husband finally choose the one he liked the best. The delivery men were on time and any very friendly and courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Andrew Daller. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the recliners. He let us browse without any pressure and was prompt when we did find one we liked. He got our purchase completed within minutes and we were on our way. Awesome job by him.
