Gary Paulat was Fantastic!! He greeted me, listened to my needs and then agreed to "Keep and Eye on Me" as I looked at all of their lamps. He did just that and when I found the exact lamp I wanted he processed the order and packaged the lamp for safe travels He is GREAT
