After waiting one year for our furniture and finding out it still wouldn’t be in till 2023,we made the trip into the store to see what could be done. We spoke with cliff the manager and Paula Duffy our sales person. We are pleased to say we have new furniture arriving this Week. They accommodated us with the utmost professionalism. I ordered a couch from them was told it would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. When the time came for my order to arrive, the time marked on my receipt, nothing no email no call. So i called the store only to find that the couch had been delayed another month. But that is not what caused this bad review it is the fact that no one bothered to tell me of the delay no apologizing email or phone call, nothing.
