Literally spent an extra hour compromising my selection so to secure bedroom furniture available immediately. My first choice wasn't available until DECEMBER (shopped 7/18/23) so I continued to shop and decided to mix and match so I'd have the bed and two dressers delivered within a couple days and was willing to wait until September for another piece, and October for yet another piece. It’s your typical salesperson bullshit, they act like they’re doing you a favor by giving you a small amount off the price. We bought 2 couches, should have received more of a discount. Salesperson can’t just be truthful, deception is the way .Jack Mccandless

I’m not sure you can! Salesman doesn’t respond and phone reception person was very rude!!! I had to personally return a table that was wrong!! When receiving a wrong order and I have to spend time and gas to bring it back. It should have been picked up! Especially since it was a $1100.00 table. Your customer service is terrible! I had to call three times to get a manager to call me. I won’t shop there after this is all taken care of. I certainly wouldn’t tell people to buy from Levin’s.
