It was a good experience, I indicated I was looking and no one was following me around or breathing down my neck yet, the sales associate was attentive to when I wanted to speak with them.

Liked the vast selection of mattresses. The advertised sale price percentage displayed on the entrance doors didn't match what the tags on the mattresses read. Confusing. When Julie told us the price of a king-sized mattress protector, we didn't hear the additional $100.00 price just the $79.99. So we were surprised to see $179.99 on our receipt. Didn't like that a protection plan for the mattress could only happen with the purchase of a mattress protector and pillow.

Jen did a great job helping us find a sectional for our living room. She was patient, answered our questions, and seemed to answer honestly and sincerely. We were a little disappointed that it will take 6 weeks for our order because we are eager for the new furniture. However, we understand. Hoping that all goes smoothly.
