Didn't get furniture on delivery date I was told. Didn't receive phone call if there was a problem, like I was told I would get.

The sales person i think her name was Jen was nice and new what I wanted. She helped me picking colors and knew how to coordinate the colors. She was very helpful.

The fact that I had called multiple furniture stores to see if they had what I needed and what the pricing would be, I had a really good experience when Robbie answered the phone. He thought you had the product but wanted to go to warehouse to check it out and then called me back. Because of his great customer service is why I had already decided that if they had it I was buying it and not calling anyone else.
