Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought new living room set on may 18, cancelled an end table on the 20th that I purchased being it was not coming in till 2nd week of June, 3.5 weeks later still no refund. Called 3 times and get 3 different answers from cooperate and the Greensburg store. Now told it’s going to be another 14-20 days till I get my refund in the mail. We always work with Frank. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You had what I wanted and love it. Wish we could have it delivered but you didn’t have any in stock. I never leave the store empty handed

We had a good in-store experience. I also had a very good experience with the store manager in her receiving my complaint with Grace. And yet, I am extremely disappointed with the way our delivery is being handled. The manager is making sure her employees know to inform customers that they have no choice in the delivery time or date unless they pay a fee of $50, but we did not know this. Furthermore a structure which doesn't allow for needs to be met without an extra fee doesn't meet my definition of "customer service" Hopef... read more
