Sandi was fantastic! She listened to our needs, then went above and beyond to meet them and stayed mostly within our parameters of price. We found that by going a little above what we were thinking of spending we got a much better value and much higher quality product. We also felt no pressure unlike many of the other places we visited today where the salespeople hovered. She listened to our needs and met them perfectly.

Jack was great. Delivery charge was excessive. Almost criminal.

TERRIBLE shopping experience at this store. After waiting 3 months for delivery of the $6500 order, the salesman called me just prior to delivery and said there would be an 'extra charge" because I wanted it delivered on a Tuesday instead Friday. (Customer service offered me either day) The salesman was outright lying to me for more money after the deal had already been signed and finished. After delivery the loveseat was found to be damaged.
