I can't exchange my mattress for another 2 weeks and it's killing my back. I had to purchase a mattress protector AND a pillow. I understand the protector but do not understand the pillow. Also have to pay a restocking fee and ANOTHER delivery fee for the exchange. I am totally disappointed in the treatment I received at Levin

In the past 5 yrs we have purchased our dining room furniture, our mattress, so we decided to buy our sectional from Levin first one ordered we had to cancel cause they couldn't deliver it. When back found another one that they had in stock no problems there. After Christmas this year decided to clean under the cushions to put things back together found a tear under the cushion . Our sales lady Dianne Baker was great! I gave her my budget and she worked magic and stayed right on the money. I was just looking today but she did a great job and I made the purchase.
