Our fourth year to Topsail, first year using Lewis Realty......Really liked their services and will use them again....Loved "Our Time" renal house!!!!

Just got home from Topsail Island, found our oceanfront home on VRBO and rented it through Lewis Realty. Had a problem with our mattress and the maintenance people responded promptly. One thing that was weird to me was that no toilet paper is supplied! I would think for the price charged, the owners could provide this necessity! Just my observation

We stayed at langleys place and it was great!! So close to the beach and the ocean breeze was great !! Made our vacation very pleasant. All the way from Tennessee. I can't wait for next year's vacation..

We are very pleased with our rental with Lewis Realty. We rented a house on the beach which was the same house we rented last year. Last year there were some issues with the plumbing which we reported and this year all was good. No need to call during our week. We had everything we needed the owners left a well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans and utensils. The place was clean and ready on time. Thank you Lewis Realty for making vacationing as easy as pushing a button! We stayed in Bookhardt-North, for the second year, and it was like coming home! We love the house, the location, the beach! Thanks to Lewis Realty, we had the opportunity of a lifetime - we got to watch a Loggerhead turtle come ashore and lay eggs in front of our house! Rented oceanfront 7-nights, starting Saturday, July16th. House "Our Time" was very clean and well equipped. Keyless entry made for an express check-in/out process. Nice to not have to worry about key(s) when multiple family member's go out to eat, shop, or to the beach. I've been to Topsail 1-2 times yearly, over 40 years. Property was as expected---nice. No problem with booking/rental thru Lewis Realty.
