We just vacationed down in Topsail Island, NC. We were very pleased with Lewis Realty. They are very timely on questions we asked prior to the trip. We had a minor maintenance issue at the cottage but they were fast in fixing the problem. I LOVED the fact that I didn't have to check in or out of their main office for our rental stay. We just keyed in a code and were at the start of a memorable, relaxing vacation.
Lewis Reality was very easy to work with for our vacation. Had a problem with the hot tub on the first day we arrived and they took care of it within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this reality company. I don't like having to pay the 40+ dollars to hold the property we want for next year and having it not apply towards our deposit. That is the only drawback otherwise we were totally satisfied.

I would have to say this was one of the best experience I have had renting a vacation house. There was a water outage in the area and before I could call, Lewis Reality call us to let us know what was going on and when to expect the water back on. I will be renting this same house next year this time and I have no doubt the experience will be just as lovely. Thank you.

We highly recommend Lewis Realty for beach rentals. The website is easy to navigate and online reservations are simple. Our favorite is the check in process which is drive thru and literally takes less than one minute. The property is always clean and well equipped. We've never had a problem but know that Lewis Realty would take care of any needs we have or problems we may encounter.
Just returned from an incredible weekend at an amazing Lewis Realty house, the Bel Mare. The house itself is flawlessly laid out and decorated, and the folks at Lewis Realty have kept it spotless, fresh, and well-appointed. Very special. The new keyless entry, that allows you to go straight to the house without checking in, and to lock-up at the end of your stay without checking out, is brilliant.
