Smooth transaction, rep's really nice property, had issue with Hot Water Heater on a Sunday morning and got immediate attention. We will use Lewis again for our next trip.

This was the first time we used Lewis Realty Assoc. Inc. and we are extremely happy with their response and service. Check In and Check Out of our vacation home went flawlessly and the property was very clean and accurately depicted in the photos. We would not hesitate to use them again.
We stayed in "Happy Place" last week. This home was wonderful! The house was clean, no noticeable sand or pet hair, comfy furniture and beds! Full size washer and dryer were awesome to have. I came home with all clean laundry! Plenty of dishes, silverware, glassware and cookware. The fridge was spotless and smelled like it has just been cleaned. Excellent customer service. Polite, pleasant, staff. Quick responses. Answered any questions we had. Made our week's stay enjoyable.
So much more responsive than HomeAway or vRBO. The backyard was awesome but needs more seating. Cleaning crew could have done a better job, the joke was the Fruit Loop under recliner, chewing gum wrapper under Bedroom dresser. A Great tV picture but lousy program choices. Shakiness of front deck a little concerning with all 6 adults out there. Internet password in binder was wrong. Thankfully someone left the correct password on the frig. First time there, super easy to make reservations online. They stayed in touch before rental dates and even after I checked out. Love that they email door code a few days prior to arrival. House was very clean and will rent again from them.
