I am extremely grateful for the services provided by Lexington Plastic Surgeons, especially for the population affected with keloids. However, the processes can be improved greatly. I felt lost in the process especially when it came to scheduling as the schedules changed very frequently and was not set even a week before surgery. Communication is very poor as I was not told several important details regarding my care by the medical support staff. I’ve only been there twice for consultations. My surgery will be in January ,so far I’ve had a great experience. Josie Rice is always a great help. Even if I call her with a question she returns my calls.
