My experience has been great so far in the pre-surgery phase. I submitted a request for consultation and was immediately contacted and completed virtually which went very well. Dr, Jones's assistant Amy Miles, was great and listened to my concerns and took notice of the areas of my concern and was helpful in giving me honest feedback in what all it would entail including total costs.
