The scheduling, communication and coordination of care in the months leading up to the actual surgery was very disappointing. So much went wrong. I’ve had cosmetic procedures in the past so my previous experiences with another facility and surgeon really set my minimal expectations and LPS did not stand up in comparison. Everything went great the person I met with explained everything that I needed to know and ensured me if I had any questions that she could be reached by phone or text and that the doctor would answer any questions I may have.

Great office, very professional working with Lauren and Gloria. Excellent interpersonal skills. these people are some of the best people that I’ve ever met the experience I’ve had with them are awesome they went out their way to make sure I was comfortable before I had my surgery and after they call you every other day to make sure you don’t have any complications I’ve had my surgery 3 weeks ago and my scar looks awesome.
