Aileen was wonderful in making this surgery happen. You definitely need more people like her who went above and beyond when no one else would listen. But Dr Jones I can tell he is a perfectionist and expects the same from his staff. One thing that I loved is how humble he is. He saw me trying to put my garment on and he went right in and helped me that meant a lot to me as a patient. Everyone at Lexington is so pleasant and friendly. The patient care advocate took time to advise me on things I shouldn’t do, well in advance, before my appointment. Thao, the physician’s assistant, was so personable. She explained everything she was doing and why. Then she gave me a lot of advice on what to do after the procedure. The receptionist she was very kind she spoke to me as soon as I walked in the door and was very helpful with all of my questions… Lauren was very warm and had a very kind spirit she made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer all my questions, and she said, I could call her anytime with concern questions..💙
