A beautiful facility. I’ve enjoyed most of my interactions and find them a cut above other dealerships I’ve used. A new downside. A month or so before a scheduled maintenance visit, I made a point of wanting to speak with a service profession BEFORE my scheduled visit, to talk about a radio problem. Several times my calls were either rerouted to their affiliated Toyota dealer, or answered by that dealer, who couldn’t answer Lexus specific questions.
