I just bought my first Lexus and everyone was great to work with. Charles and Parsa were excellent in helping us with the purchase. Everyone is really nice from start to finish.

I loved the free valet service for maintainence etc. the only thing was too many numbers to call, next day responses. I was even given I bogus phone number to call to set up. Everything worked out fine finally after a ruff start. The staff was very nice when contacted
