I had my CT200h serviced today. Forrest was my rep. Just like always he did a fabulous job with explanations and making sure the appointment ran smoothly. Out of there in no time, after a tasty snack from the girls at the counter. In addition to the usual service, Forrest went out of his way to advise us on storing the car for the summer months, gave us a demo on battery care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service! Thank you!!
There customer service is A+ always making sure your taken care of. Free car washes every week etc....I’m so glad I bought a Lexus!
Let's start at the end instead of the beginning. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and particularly my salesman Johnny Millaway. First of of all I was met by Johnny who simply asked "have you purchased a Lexus before" and with out any pressure advised me of the many options of purchase, lease, model, etc. He patiently let me drive both new and used SUV's and Sedans. I recently had service on my car. All the people in the service department were friendly and very accommodating. I dealt with Bobby King and he took care of and coordinated everything that needed to be done. This is a great dealership and I would highly recommend using Lexus of Wesley Chapel!!!
