Great service friendly staff
Very Professional and Courteous.
First of all they are very personable and friendly. They try to please and be helpful. Service is very good. I was so happy when I found out they were building this dealership so close to where I live and I wouldn't have to use the other dealerships in Tampa. I bought my last Lexus in VA because I couldn't even get waited on in Tampa!
Excellent service provided by staff, specially by Mr. Forrest Browne who is very attentive and always address all the concerns.

Took my ES350 in for service this morning. My service rep Jason Archbell greeted me, had my car in & out in about 45 min. This included oil change, tire rotation, etc. They even washed my car & vacuumed the inside. There was an ice cold water waiting for me in my drink holder when I left. Excellent service!
Victoria was amazing, really made the car buying experience enjoyable. The support staff were all stellar, from the way you were greeted immediately walking in; right down to the finance staff.
Forest does an awesome job helping me with my car. Service is quick! From the minute I pull up until I leave, Lexus makes me feel special! Love the beautiful showroom!
