RecommendedIf you have to spend time at a dealer, this has got to be the best one I've ever found. Bobby, my repair rep is the most friendly guy you can ever find. And the waiting area has four tv's, with a snack bar filled with wonderful snacks and foods. I'd go there just to fill-up my tires. Great, great place.

This dealership was amazing! I brought my little guy with me hoping he would be occupied and the staff greeted him with a high five and a fist bump! Mike Brockway introduced himself right away and very friendly and attentive! Matt Schronce the service lane manager helped me with the service on my car and did an amazing job! I was going to a different Lexus dealership for my service appointments but now that I have been to Wesley Chapel I will never leave!! Thanks guys for all of your help!!
