Took my car in for service last minute and he got me in and out in no time! 3rd time I have been here and love this place! This is a best in class dealership and represents what it means to own a Lexus! Not to mention, to my surprise (and my kids’) they put two Lexus of Wesley chapel bears in there car seats. My 5 year olds face lit up like a Christmas tree. It’s the little things like this that make me loyal to this dealership!
I came in for a manufacture recall repair, upon my arrival I was greeted promptly by Mr. Chris Lomonto, I felt welcome and soon as I walk through the doors it seemed as if I knew him my entire life my experience was very pleasurable including the facility and the coffee bar everyone was very nice however Chris’s attention to detail and his ability to explain in detail the process that needed to take place to repair my vehicle was outstanding. They have excellent staff and service. Mr.Heath Bradburn was my advisor. He was extremely understanding and helpful with my situation. first of all they greet you promptly get you taken care of immediately and then escort you into the waiting area. It is a very spacious area with a really cute Cafe with a very customer service oriented young lady running the cafe. They keep you updated as to what is going on with your car and they are very courteous and very efficient. I get my favorite drink iced caramel latte every time I go and it's very good. This is my second time there and it was a great experience. Excellent service, they are very professional and prices are reasonable. The best part is that my car came out as new.

If you have to spend time at a dealer, this has got to be the best one I've ever found. Bobby, my repair rep is the most friendly guy you can ever find. And the waiting area has four tv's, with a snack bar filled with wonderful snacks and foods. I'd go there just to fill-up my tires. Great, great place.
