We took my mother in law in to look at a specific used Lexus we found posted online. I was amazed as how friendly the staff was. We worked with Lui who was so patient and willing to work with us. We never felt pressured and he took the time to answer all of our questions. He even gave us a tour of the dealership. My mother in law ended up buying the car and Lynne did all the paperwork. We have owned a number of premium cars, and we just purchased our second Lexus, an RX350 from Wesley Chapel. The purchase experience was better than most and the deal was fair. We recently took our RX in for its first service and we were very impressed with the follow-up from our sales agent, Alexandria, and the service team. This dealership has got their act together and know how to treat its customers!
The service was fantastic in my service advisor Stephanie was extra courteous and went over and above what I feel is required by service advisor I will continue going to Wesley Chapel Lexus for all my needs
