I must say, we are a GM family however I haven't liked the direction they have gone, so after more than four months of research I landed firmly on a Lexus. I had an exciting experience shopping for my new car at Lexus of Dayton. After researching new car reliability, quality and safety, my husband and I decided to purchase Lexus. I decided to give the dealership another chance after not so great experience. I have to say I give them five stars from everything from our greeting until our deal was done. Alex our sales person was fantastic. The sales manager and GM were very helpful. And the finance department did a great job. I don’t usually give places a second chance, but I’m glad I did.
We blew a "run flat" tired courtesy of a large pothole in our Lexus LS500. We called the dealership around 2:15pm on a Thursday. They told us to bring it on in asap. We decided to try to drive it there ⁸about 20 miles or so at 25mph⁸ We made it, they were ready for us. Gave us a new loaner car to take home, by 8:30a.m. the next morning, Dave called us, also sent a video of the damage to the one tire etc. Our problem was solved, car was ready for pick up, by later that afternoon. Went to Lexus of Dayton to check a car out. They said they had three of them in stock. Waited for 15 minutes, they came back and said they're still looking for the keys, waited for another 30 minutes, they said they're still looking for the keys. Finally looked online two of them were sold, the other one he said was a demo and couldn't find the key for. Then he finally got information that the demo vehicle was downtown Dayton being displayed.
