I traded in my Lexus LC 500 2018 for the convertible Lexus LC 500 2021. The whole transaction was amazingly smooth. Raj Grandhi went over and beyond to make sure the whole process was fast and satisfactory.
Everyone at Lexus of Dayton with whom we dealt from the Salesman to the Finance Specialist to the Technology Specialist, were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We were VERY happy with our experience. (We also love our new car!)
