RecommendedI was away from home and the alternator in my RX350 died. Fred Hottenroth was my service advisor and too great care of my car, including reordering a second alternator because the first one arrived in a damaged box; Frdd didon't want to take chance that the alternator could have been damaged also. Received a nice loaner while the work was being done and I have my now perfectly running RX350 back. Every single person at Lexus of Glendale was friendly and very polite. Much appreciated. 😃

My visit was a pleasant one with every one being courteous and helpful .The service representative met me at my car and we went to his office .We had useful discussions about my car .The service was done on time . Shuttle was provided on time . Every thing was excellent .
