I needed warranty service for the battery on my GX 460. Made an appointment for 9:00 am, but decided to drop my vehicle off the evening before because my schedule was too busy in the morning. Jesus in the Service department helped me and asked if I just wanted to wait for my vehicle. They finished in less than an hour. This saved me a lot of time since I also did not have to make a separate trip to pick up my vehicle.
Buy a new car and get your car work done ! They do an amazing job!

First of all I want to give thanks to the Lord My Savior for my Lexus which I purchased in Utah but most of my service has been at Glendale Lexus California and I've had very pleasant and good experience there recently I had some needed work done on my Lexus 450 RX and I was offered a loaner car Plus I had a wonderful Lexus experience even though my mileage had exceeded my warranty I was able to speak with the corporation of Lexus and they agreed to share the expense 50/50 which to me was an awesome deal especially since I'm... read more
