They treat you well when you go to buy a car but when you go to the service center to repair the car, their service SUCKS. Like the other lady said, I scheduled the service to fix the car and the service specialist is out of the office, so needed to wait for almost 2 hrs. Also, you'll get the car returned hearing "it's normal characteristic of the car to make noises." although your car is pretty new. Very disappointed. My current Lexus lease expires in 5 days. I called Lexus of Glendale 3 times now over the past two weeks and spoken with 3 different sales people. I asked them to check if they have a vehicle in stock with the correct features I am looking for. 3 times they have told me they will check their inventory and call me back.
