WOW!!! This Lexus has got to be the worst dealer. Let's make a quick list of why they have the worst service dept ever: 1. My battery died so I went In to get a new one under warranty. Refused to change the battery because they claimed it was still in good condition. Battery dies after I take it off the lot. 2. I needed an oil change and my records indicated maintenance.
