The staff is knowledgeable and thoughtful. The entire process of dropping off my car, arranging for a loaner, and returning to pick up my car two days later, went without a glitch. The loaner I was given was a fine Lexus sedan in perfect condition. Frankly the entire experience went very smoothly.

very friendly and accommodating. Even when my 8 year old son was asking (what i thought were potentially annoying questions) to the man sitting at the front desk about how they get the cars into and out of the showroom, the Lexus employee was courteous enough to answer each and every one of Shane's questions. Now that's service! (plus they took pretty good care of my Lexus as well)
