Even when my 8 year old son was asking (what i thought were potentially annoying questions) to the man sitting at the front desk about how they get the cars into and out of the showroom, the Lexus employee was courteous enough to answer each and every one of Shane's questions. Now that's service! (plus they took pretty good care of my Lexus as well)

Consequently, I had a very different experience and it was nothing short of excellent! I would highly recommend requesting Tony if you need any services completed on your vehicle. He was friendly, personable, and worked very hard to get my vehicle done and washed in the same day.
