Our all-around experience was top notch!! We cannot say enough good things about our salesman, Mark Mckee. He was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, but personable at the same time. Not pushy at all and showed top notch customer service. He was so knowledgeable of the Lexus Vehicles and found the perfect one for us! We LOVE our new RX350 F Sport!! He made the process so easy and exciting.

Overall wonderful car buying experience, of course it helped that the rav4 hybrid I bought was exactly what I wanted and very well maintained, but Mark was a pleasure to deal with as well. Very informative, personable, and easy to work with. The finance guy (I hate I don’t remember his name) was a joy as well and was able to beat the rate I had secured through my bank. The cafe was a nice touch, it was a cold and rainy day and that coffee hit the spot. Highly recommend working with these guys!

Great experience. Mark was warm yet professional and patient as this was a very large purchase. I'd been talking to Mark for a few months and was never pressured. We kept in touch until I was ready to make a purchase. I opted to lease the vehicle. He assisted me through the process, and he delivered it to my location. This is my second lexus purchase. I have never purchased the same brand. I returned to Lexus because of my previous experience, various models offered, and the quality of service I received

Oil maintenance ,tire rotation ,every 5000 miles servicing and of course car wash and vacuuming.The people are very friendly and address your issues in a timely manner.The atmosphere at Lexus IS homely and feels like coming back again and again.
