They treat you like royalty!! Always on time. Very nice lounge with snacks and bevy’s. And love at the end when they walk in and say your car is waiting out front all washed and vacuumed. O and I love all the text communications and video of your car’s checkup. Top notch treatment and service!!

All was good Except car wash was poor
I live 50 miles away from dealer in Greenville and cannot drive there. Lexus makes an appointment with me to have a driver pick up my car and felts after it has been through the maintenance , super easy. Always on time. Win win for me.
